Chase For The Cup Rules
The idea behind Chase For The Cup is to have one clear Fantasy Football Champion at the end of the year. None of this "hurt star player, my other league I'm, you got lucky because, ect." This league will prove who is the best, most consistent, or luckiest person at Fantasy Football so if you are not confident in your abilities and think it is luck then this is not for you. If you have skill then we hope you will join us in this years games to prove to one and all that you are the best, beyond debate!
Scoring and Info
The Chase For The Cup consists of being in 4 different Fantasy Football Leagues, all of which are for money and all of which have different rules, formats, and players in them. This takes away players area of expertise. Points will be gained for the Chase For The Cup in each league and in every game played. Each win in each league will score you a set amount of points in the chase for the cup, those points are totaled throughout the season to give each player a total for the season. The player with the highest total wins the Chase For The Cup.
Point Breakdown: During the Season
Single Game winners get 1 point during the regular season and 2 points during the playoffs. The Highest score of the week gets 2 points during the regular season and 4 points during the playoffs (In or Out of Playoffs). The Superbowl winner gets 5 points while the Superbowl loser gets 3 points.
Point Breakdown: After Regular Season
After the regular season is over each player gets bonus points based on how they finished in each league. For total points: 1st gets 10pts, 2nd gets 8pts, 3rd gets 6pts, 4th gets 4pts, and 5th gets 2pts. For final standings: 1st gets 10pts, 2nd gets 8pts, 3rd gets 6pts, 4th gets 4pts, and 5th gets 2pts.
Cost
Each league has a set entry fee for it and so does the Chase For The Cup, all entry fees must be paid before you draft in full. The cost for the chase itself is $50. This does not include the league entry fees for the 4 leagues.
Pay out
The payout for The Chase For The Cup is as follows.
1st place gets 60%
2nd place gets 25%
3rd place gets 15%,
of total money taken in. This will be paid out as soon as final standings are made clear.
Events
There are going to be four diffrent types of events in The Chase For The Cup, each league will be diffrent and have its own challanges. The four types of leagues are a Serpentine Draft, this is a performance league (Original League), a Auction league (Winona Auction League), a Keeper league, and a IDP league (Individual Defensive Player). Each League has its own scoring system and rules.
